| Kim is currently Chairman of Metro Glasstech Limited, Envirowaste Services Limited and Seeka Kiwifruit Industries Limited. Mr Ellis previously spent 13 years as Managing Director of Waste Management Limited. During this time Kim presided over a period of significant expansion for the company, the largest company in its sector in NZ, and operating on both sides of the Tasman, before ultimately guiding it through amalgamation with Brisbane based Transpacific Industries Group (NZ) Limited in 2006. Mr Ellis was named CEO of the Year in the Deloitte/Management magazine top 200 awards in 2005. | |

| Jason is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary of Sky Network Television Limited. He previously held the position of Investment Manager with Ngai Tahu Holdings Corporation Limited. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director of Brierley Investments Limited subsidiary, AsiaPower Developments Limited, where he was involved in developing, financing and constructing private power projects in Asia. He has also had seven years corporate advisory/investment banking experience with Southpac Corporation Limited. Trevor is an investment banker and financial analyst. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of Abano Healthcare Group Limited, a Director of ProCare Health Limited and Mighty River Power. He also sits on the Investment Committee of the Board of the Accident Compensation Corporation and is Chairman of Trinity Hill Limited. Trevor is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand Inc. He is a Chartered Accountant, holds a BCA in Economics and is a Member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute (USA). | |

| Andrew began his investment management career in the City of London. Since 1990, he has worked for Fleming Investment Management, Guinness Flight and Newton Investment Management in senior positions and was a Director of both Guinness Flight and Newton. At Guinness Flight, he managed a team of fund managers that invested in 24 developed markets around the world (as defined by the MSCI World Index) and in developing markets such as China, Russia and China when they were in their infancy. At Newton, he managed large pension fund assets with international mandates and a value of US$3bn. Prior to starting his career in investment management, Andrew obtained a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Bristol University in the UK. | |
